Timothy ist ein professioneller und privater Pilot, der IFR- und VFR-Flüge auf Jet-, Turboprop-, MEP- und SEP-Flugzeugen mit tausenden von Flugstunden in Europa durchgeführt hat. Derzeit fliegt er eine 3T Navajo und eine 700-kg Rallye ab Biggin Hill, London. Er ist ein ATPL- und Instrumentenflug-Instruktor. Außerdem veröffentlicht er Bücher und Videos über IFR-Fliegen in Europa.
